Are Glycoprotein IIB/IIIA still center stage in ACS undergiong PCI? Potent P2 Y12 inhibitors reduce the risk of MACE,but increase risk of major bleedings at 1 year. GPI i might be considered in selected patients with high ischaemic and low bleeding risks.
