Real shame that VELOTHON Wales has been cancelled for next year after taking part this year. It was my first sportive and despite the heat and hills I really enjoyed it. An amazing experience to cycle that distance on closed roads. Hope it can come back.

Great morning volunteering at Eastville Parkrun along with others from Southville RC Great to help out and cheer on over 440 runners. Even got home to watch last 20 mins of England Rugby #parkrun15 #WRC2019

Pensions seem a minefield. Currently have three different ones from former employers and current employer however two previous ones have lost around £1.3k in value. Feel like really have to keep eye on them. Should I keep them open or consolidate them?

It would also be great if national bodies such as England Rugby posted support for #iCare messages by players about Womens rugby. Womens rugby has real potential for growth. Clubs like Harelquins, Wasps & Sale Sharks were praised in summer for promoting womens teams & identity.

Believe Bristol 🧡 Cycling have been doing some engagement with Bristol City Council on this. Hopefully greater level of monitoring and change in behaviour soon to enable greater usage of cycle infrastructure and more residents feeling safe to use cycle lanes.

Heading back from break in Lake District & passed a @crimsoncycling rider on A65 near Kirkby Lonsdale. May have not quite completed Hollister Pass and ended up with buckled wheel due to vehicle accident not whilst riding but keen to return for more riding in area. Beautiful views
