In absolutely unrelated news, I watched Tim Cook on a BBC Sounds Podcast and he comes over extremely well.
Feel like the world needs more tech leaders like him, thoughtful, introverted, wise.

Rationally by now there would be a huge movement towards “homes that grow with you”. Rather than borrowing lots you’d save money over time and add on another bedroom / floor etc.

It’s mad how little home building has changed
