Icebreaker Voima departs as fourth #icebreaker of the season and this time to start working in the #GulfOfFinland. Three Finnish icebreakers already operational in the northern #BayOfBothnia.

The pilot of the Sniffer Buoy continues in the archipelago off the west coast of Finland. The Sniffer Buoy pilots are part of the Intelligent Sea project, which is a EU co-funded development project that David James Meritaito, Port of Naantali and Stockholms Hamnar are carrying out.

After a staggering 172 of #icebreaking operations since the 9th of December, #icebreaker #Otso arrives back in #Helsinki today. The #ice-winter was long for this remarkable ship ⛴. For Otso this was the longest season in history since 1985.
