Loving Google's NotebookLM. Am developing it to be my AI brain, having loaded 2,095 posts (over 1mm words) of my writing on #OpenLeadership. Unfortunately, it won't allow me to add more than 6 viewers (not 50) to view and probe the notebook. Looking for help, Steven Johnson

Wow! I was treated to a sneak preview listen to the new Waterboys HQ album (thanks Mike Scott) and I have to tell you it is an absolute masterpiece. Your ears are in for such a treat. What a start to 2025 Mike Scott you are welcome to use any of those words in promo material 😉

Rest well indeed, big man. For anyone on here still who knew Tim Cycles The Coast

I see that more and more people are coming around to a property tax idea for the UK, even some george-ist thoughts in here. What say you Dan Neidle Robert Colvile Samuel Hughes Rory Sutherland ? thetimes.com/business-money…

Indeed, Robert Colvile. Also, fundamental lack of understanding of finance meant OfWat was asleep at the wheel when Thames and others were stripped of retained earnings. Meanwhile, OfWat won't let responsible water utilities (eg Anglian) raise prices to invest in infrastructure.

Most british writing ever, and imagine the author was collapsed in laughter writing it. Alex Dakers 🇰🇾🏴 Tom Staniford "a lavish lifestyle which included Gucci designer goods bought for her cat and a £192 Bugatti kettle" bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

The most powerful cultures for sustainably successful companies are based on trust. Companies that need oversight by people coming into the office every day don't have a culture of trust. Thank you Merryn Somerset Webb , I believe you have just created an investment heuristic for me.

I have much time for Pippa Crerar , but the piece says "he paid only 25% corporation tax on profits, instead of 40% income tax". I can see Dan Neidle shaking his head too. I wish journalists understood tax better. His company pays 25% CT then he pays up to 39.35% dividend tax
