The United Airlines Pilots stand with our brothers and sisters in the AFA United MEC as thy continue to fight for a new contract that is long overdue. It’s time to get this done! #union #unionstrong #solidarity
HAPPENING NOW: AFA United MEC Flight Attendants on the picket line at Willis Tower in downtown Chicago demanding #ContractNow #1u
Our pin is sacrosanct at the United Airlines Pilots. Tie to eye. We look at your tie to ensure you’re wearing the pin, then look you in the eyes. Not wearing your pin sends a very strong message (and not a good one). The pin is a sign of unity, solidarity, and homage to the past.
Representing the United Airlines Pilots at the Air Line Pilots Association Leadership Training Conference is always a pleasure. I have attended as a regional pilot in the past now now as a United ALPA pilot. The tools you take away from this experience are invaluable when it comes to preparing to lead.
As the primary users of America's shared National Airspace Systems, Air Line Pilots Association agree, it's time for Congress to act now to modernize our nation's Air Traffic Control System. alpa.quorum.us/campaign/126388
Pilot, Union volunteer, wedding officiant. There’s nothing we can’t do for our friends. I was happy to be there for my former Air Line Pilots Association EA and officiate his wedding. We wear different uniforms now 🔺/🌐, but lifelong bonds were formed during COVID-19 in the Envoy MEC office.
Last week the United Airlines Pilots Council 12 held a Family Awareness event for our Air Line Pilots Association and their families to come out and enjoy an evening of unity and socialization. We had over 100 people turn out! Thank you for spending your time with us!
I am absolutely heartbroken over this. Aviation is an inherently dangerous business, and we do everything we can do to mitigate those dangers. I hope something like this ever happens again, and pray for all of my Air Line Pilots Association ALPA Canada and NATCA brothers and sisters. God bless
Today is my last flight as a #Boeing757 and #Boeing767 First Officer. I soon leave for captain training on the #Airbus fleet, where I started my United Airlines journey. I’ve been to #LHR more than any other airport and will miss this layover, but it’s time for a new adventure! #pilot
What do four people from CO, MI, NJ, and PA have in common? We are all United Airlines pilots who met and became friends because of our work as Air Line Pilots Association conducting events for almost 2,000 new hires. I am so grateful that they were there to give me my Captain wings yesterday!
