I feel like I could sleep for a week.

Still waiting to hear about the damage to our niece's home. It will be at least a week before she's allowed to even get back to her place.

Just spent my entire planning period in a meeting, waiting for a parent to show. Never did. This is one the most frustrating things about teaching.

I have two siblings that just go on about their lives, leaving me to care for our mother. I generally don't mind, but there are days it's like raising a toddler. This isn't for the weak. Trying not to be resentful...

When my siblings upset my mom, hurt her feelings, cause her stress because they did something stupid, why do I feel like I have to smooth things over for her? Middle child syndrome is real.
