Indeed, it is‼️ As sm invasion occurs more frequently in demarcated areas and magnifying endoscopy is unavailable, it seems reasonable to indicate en bloc resection. En bloc resection should be conducted in lesions with a risk of sm invasion, especially in the rectum, to obtain
