The deputy HC Toby Harward | طوبي هارورد 🇺🇳 visited the Tine crossing which has become largely impassable due to the heavy rains and flooding. This is the only cross-border route open to the UN to bring in supplies from Chad into #Darfur. Unimpeded access is needed where hunger is most acute.
