Ugandans are sad (or is it envious?) of Rwanda’s deal with Arsenal. Good news is that it benefits Uganda too. It shall give us what economists call “positive spillovers” ie many tourists visiting Rwanda will often take a detour to Uganda. Cry less! Rwanda did it for us too!
