You will know you’re the scapegoat when you have a strong reaction to something hurtful done to you and the focus is on how you reacted vs. what caused you pain.

You don’t have to earn your rest. Your softness, your stillness, your slowing down, these are all part of the healing. What does rest look like for you today?

Some days, healing looks like doing less, feeling more, and trusting that rest is part of the work.

What a tragedy that the ones who apologize too much, are the ones who are owed the most apologies.

If you have carried fear like a second skin, fear of being wrong, pause. I invite you to enter the season where you don't need to be perfect to be safe; you can be vulnerable and still be loved.

Red Flags in Relationships: 1. Red Flags Aren’t Always Obvious. 2. Constant criticism disguised as jokes. 3. Isolation from friends and family. 4. Gaslighting, making you doubt your reality. 5. Love shouldn’t hurt. Recognize the signs. 6. You deserve respect and safety.
