Mind Blowing. Americans have $1.17 TRILLION dollars worth of debt on Visa & Mastercard Visa & Mastercard are charging people an average 29% interest rate on that debt & while Americans are at their lowest THEY DOUBLED THE INTEREST RATES, “It's nearly doubled in the last 4 years”
