So excited to present this work, and what an honor it was to work with Arang Rhie Sergey Nurk 🇺🇦 Monika Cechova Mich Savannah Hoyt and all the other authors. We finally have a truly complete human genome reference!

Our study led by Sara Carioscia and Kate Isaac is now out in eLife! We used published single-cell DNA sequencing data from a large sample of human sperm cells to scan for evidence of transmission distortion. elifesciences.org/articles/76383
