We had the pleasure of hosting some awesome operators today from around the continent who helped us do several high risk MCS cases successfully that included PercAx, Single Access, FFR, IVUS, CTO, multivessel PCI, and complete revasc. Big shout to the attendees and our faculty.

Case today illustrates the value of MCS in preserved EF. 18 yo SVG to LAD also supplying collaterals to the RCA which was CTO. High grade LM to Lcx. During 🎈inflation of SVG loss of pulse pressure. IVUS guided SVG and LM LCX successfully treated. Preserved native LAD option
