The weather looks fantastic to race with us this weekend! Saturday at 6:30pm, it’s the Murray Mile Ocean Classic and The Murray Half mile swims. Sunday at 8:00am, it’s the Beach Classic 5K Run with kids 1K and 2K a Fun Runs. Just a few spots available, check them out!

Thanks TKCharities & Avalon Yacht Club for hosting the Cedar Island 5K Swim Sunday. Great day for a good cause raising $25K. Wow. 83 out of 229 finishers for me. Now passing the torch to my daughter Carly, who finished 32nd in her first 3.1 Mile open water swim. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️
