CAF’s story began when Jim MacLaren became an endurance athlete after losing his leg to a motorcycle accident. A second accident resulted in quadriplegia, and 3 friends held the San Diego Triathlon Challenge to raise $$ for an adaptive van. Today would've been his 61st! #TeamCAF

Last weekend's Athletic Brewing IRONMAN Triathlon 70.3 Oceanside race had 35 CAF fundraisers and 25 CAF adaptive athletes compete, coming together to raise close to $100K to support more athletes for their next race!
