TK HelpDesk i booked my flight less than 12 hours ago. how was i supposed to book this service in advance? why wasn’t this option available when booking? every airport and airline i’ve ever flown were diligent and accommodated ALL passengers with disabilities, regardless when they requested
TK HelpDesk + service. this is a lame excuse at making flying harder for people with disabilities. do better
Turkish Airlines and TK HelpDesk your customer service is dreadful and has put me off ever booking with you again. In the meantime your response to my ticket TK-10653866 and your attempt to phone me and hang up after 1 ring is not acceptable. Phone me back! Appalling experience
The Consumer Show Conor Pope Turkish Airlines TK HelpDesk ticket now disappeared from website and app, flight change not confirmed and no answer from Dublin ticket desk despite being told to actually go to the airport to solve this but phone first to confirm opening hours. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Despite Iraqi airspace being closed overnight, Turkish Airlines marked a flight from Erbil as having taken off. Calls to customer service denied the airspace was closed and have refused to rebook passengers. One passenger comment to the airlines: "Please go check the news."
