Can anyone help me remember the name of a game? It was an arcade game, 2D, emulated by Mame. It's a puzzle game in which you shoot the pieces upwards, similarly to bust-a-move, but you are shooting ... villages? Terrain? and you form larger cities to remove them from the board.

It's got to the point now that when I see "Mostly negative" or worse on steam, I *assume* the game is being review bombed. Not only that, I assume people care enough about the game to review bomb it, so it's probably pretty good.
