Also as I reflect on this season & boys season, coaching was the highlight of every day! The athletes made me smile & laugh & gave me purpose, will to fight, a sense of “ normal” & hope for our future! They were positive & focused on their goals! Together we made it!!! Much 💙!

And I can’t forget the parents...they went with the flow, trusted coaches to do what was right & best for their athlete, & continued supporting their athlete & us coaches with positivity! My TEAMS are the BEST and I 💙 them both!! Let’s go Titan Swim & Dive!!!

Congratulations to our swimming & diving student athletes who earned top podium honors at the MSHSAA championships. Annica Valmassei from Broncos Swim & Dive won the One-meter Dive, and Payton Easley from LSW Swim & Dive Teams placed third in the 50-yard Freestyle. #R7Proud

One change that I’d like to remain, even after COVID restrictions have eased is the continuation of live streaming/filming of ALL HS and club sports during competitions! It benefits coaches, athletes and families! The fact that you can rewatch races, share races, etc is huge!

This is an incredible example of the extent to which coaches have gone to to help their athletes this past year, and athletes have gone with the flow and trusted the process!
