At the end of our Canned Food Drive, we had 390 cans to donate to the Tipton Nutrition Center. Some of our elves, I mean, officers helped haul it over and stock the shelves today. And congratulations to our seniors on being the winning class with 143 cans!

It might be the first day of winter, but we are hyped for the spring semester. January and February bring lots of applications, studying for contest, and FFA week. Get these important dates marked on your calendars, FFA members!

Today, some of our classes got hands on experience dissecting a few organs from both pigs and cows, including a fully intact swine reproductive tract. Students were able to do both size and form comparisons between the two species.

Our January Meeting is Friday at 6 pm! We will be holding our Aglympics along with Barnwarming. This will look a little different than Barnwarming usually would due to the pandemic: -no outside guests -no non-FFA members -masks required Break out your boots and get them scootin!

Our eighth grade exploratory class got to test their knowledge of animal classification terminology today. Do you know what young female swine are called? What’s the term for a group of rabbits?
