Red day on $YM. Being very transparent and posting wins and losses. Bias for the morning was short. No revenge trading. Done for the day.

Losing streak continues today on $YM. Really thought it was going to keep an upward trend for a nice +150 pts. Lost a trade following my plan. Not mad at that. Onto the next.

Accepting uncertainty in trading is key. Feels like I unlocked a new level in this game that I didn't know was there. Forces you to play differently.

I'm not expecting the market to give me anything. I expect it to go against me. I believe it wants to break me down and take all of my capital. This allows me to plan accordingly. I enter the fight with a different mindset.

Had a tough trading week. Ended in the red. 4 out of the 5 trades I took went against me. But I prepared for that and we're still going. Gotta keep your head up high and move on.

Accepting the fact that I WILL lose trades has changed the game for me. Allowed me to rewire how I think about entering trades. Forces me to manage risk appropriately.

It was never about the money. The money is great obviously, you can’t lie about that. But truthfully, it’s about the freedom that comes with it. The freedom you’re trying to get only comes as a byproduct of the hard work you put in.

Very busy day but still making time for pushups and walking. One of the main reasons I love pushups is because I can do them in the middle of a busy day. Don’t need to worry about carving out part of my day to hit the gym.
