Why don't we just fund the outlets that actually DO provide a 'lifeline'?? “Nearly 3-in-4 Americans say they rely on their public radio stations for alerts and news for their public safety,” NPR CEO Katherine Maher said, arguing that NPR is a “lifeline.” cnn.com/2025/07/17/med…

Are you aware the public media station wasn’t providing any journalism during the deadly blizzard? And where is he when non-public media has financial struggles.? You know, the media that actually DOES send lifesaving alerts and information. Political pandering BS

Ideal day for outdoor activities with dry weather and high temperatures mainly in the mid and upper 70s, along with very low humidity levels. Meanwhile, our rainfall deficit is starting to become more noticeable, with portions of the area now into the "Abnormally Dry" category.

They liken the new building housing a food stand restaurant to a ‘thruway rest stop’! I wish and hope for the best for them. But they spent $11 million and essentially built a concrete food stand and landscaped. Plenty of room for a bolder vision AND the sprawling green space.

This could be Buffalo in 2027. At least that’s the plan. A cruise dock like this one in Port Colborne, Ontario, with buses awaiting to swoop the tourists to Niagara Falls and other destinations.
