I was on virginatlantic 118 yesterday MIA/LHR. Worst business class seat I have ever experienced. Uncomfortable, cramped, poor controls, no storage, table broken and screen jammed. Unwelcoming and useless bar area. I have been a fan of zzz since the 90s but NEVER AGAIN.
