It’s very sad that this campaign is necessary, but I’m glad to see it and hope it will raise this issue which is often ignored. #istandwithjews #StandWithJews

Watch out for a new Linkedin scam. Email from a 'potential client' asking us to take a look at a brief for a $100k campaign. I asked for their email address but instead she sent me an iCloud link to the brief, which were all .exe files. Then she asked me…lnkd.in/ek_7dN_T

Is the Cookie-pocalypse really going to arrive in 2024? Google first announced they would deprecate the 3rd party cookie in 2020. Three years later and several more announcements, the details are emerging of a phased approach. It sounds like it could hap…lnkd.in/e9Fm_G5i

Google didn't invent cookie-deprecation, so should the speed at which the ad industry adopts cookieless solutions be dependent on Google anymore? Especially now that they are facing a new multi-billion dollar fine. lnkd.in/ek_xDcJs #cookielessfutur…lnkd.in/eTx--Cc4

So far 67% think we should accelerate the cookie-less future, irrespective of what Google do. What do you think? Here's the poll lnkd.in/eBegwp2N and the original article below. #cookieless #cookielessfuture #google #entityx lnkd.in/eeiMmimg

You gotta love how people are defending Jess Phillips attacking me 4 times for spurious reasons, calling into question my ability to do my job. She is an MP! She isn’t meant to attack headteachers for no reason. Have some standards.

Longer term I think AI is going to increase the number of jobs, but they will look very different to the jobs we have today.

AI is a broad field, and faces many challenges, but winning and keeping the trust of the public is definitely one of the major challenges.

Current teaching methods start with the assumption that everyone is the same. They're based on the same principles that the Victorians used to run factories. Surely, one of the most important opportunities presented by technology is for personalised and adaptive learning.

AI can reproduce images, but art is more than an image. Art has something that cannot be analysed objectively (and therefore reduced to vectors), it is only given meaning through human experience.

Tim Flagg (@timforchange) 's Twitter Profile Photo

This is quite an interesting question... every industry needs to think carefully about the effects and ethics of using AI. But out of these 4 the one that I think needs to be most cautious is defence. Machines making probabilistic judgements need humans to make ethical decisions.

A pre-polling day message to people who normally vote Conservative: The Tories absolutely deserve to be punished but if the party is reduced to rubble you are ushering in a period of Labour dominance - of a kind and on a scale we’ve never seen before - and it’ll be the country
