Friends who have been to Tokyo, if you had 6 hours to do whatever you wanted in the city on a long layover, what would you do? I’ll mostly likely have be there in November on a 10 hour layover, and don’t want to waste the opportunity by just staying in the airport.

Over the weekend I was competing in a NAV Rally, two days of over 250km of riding through mixed terrain with nothing but a roadbook to guide me. What I didn’t expect was to win 2nd place in my class for the weekend! Super awesome feeling!

For context, the most expensive rally event I’ve gone to is a quarter of the cost of rooming at the Hilton… that’s travel, reg, a camp site, and at least 2 meals a day… No wonder I’d rather be riding than going to cons these days. 😅
