All I ever hear on commercial radio is set-congratulatory Octopus Energy ads praising your own customer services. Why does it take more than two weeks to receive disjointed email responses from you? My smart meter problem never gets even close to a resolution.

A thought for you Jason Horton. The best way that BBC Local Radio can ‘Make a Difference’ is to cut this regional crap and do what local radio was about before you three bandits came along: broadcast locally. It’s what your licence-paying audience wants.

Digital First BBC Jason Horton? The newest update here is five hours’ old. What would licence fee payers expect if digital were to be last?

I’d be really worried if digital was last. (Also note one of the stories is not in the Sheffield/South Yorks patch.) I appreciate its NY Day, but a full complement of local radio presenters would have been putting ‘Listeners First’. That’s an alien concept now, it would seem.

Don’t forget, it’s digital first. Heaven knows how old these stories would be if digital was last.
