💯% Lots of tech people say “it’s either win or learn” but really use it to frantically do a lot of low-value efforts. Be intentional about *what* you’re trying to learn. And design your test such that it can disprove your hypothesis.

Dan is spot on here. The most helpful and straightforward framework I've found for going from data -> action is: - What? - So What? - Now What? Makes it easy for teams to discuss/align on what they heard/observed, what it meant, and what you should do about it.
