Yeah man, council could’ve also adopted a motion to obliterate encampments with a laser via satellite and it would’ve been equally straightforward, illegal, and infeasible. Love the direction your campaign is taking, keep it up.

As noted in the debate yesterday, council isn’t even technically allowed to direct enforcement so this *isn’t* straightforward, it’s a workaround to the rules we have in place to protect citizens from government.

Thunder Bay's wise city council. On the right track with their tiny cabin village. Sooner or later every municipality will have to have these, when they realize they can't afford to build social housing apartments at a half-million dollars a unit. Tick tock. @cbcnorth @cbcnews

Ontario Today the roadblocks are the provincial and federal governments creating a false dichotomy between #ClimateAction &the economy. Renewables are less expensive. Governments should be making massive investments in wind & solar, not increasing & subsidizing fossil gas.

The Ford government is promoting northern development, including the Ring of Fire in an advertising campaign that is costing taxpayers millions. The campaign relies on vague promises, misleading imagery & optimistic scenarios that may never come to pass. nationalobserver.com/2025/12/22/ana…
