Since 2016, I have been hunting for this book - the memoirs of Georg von und zu Franckenstein, Austrian Ambassador to the Court of St James 1920-38. Finally. Published in 1939, the year after Anschluß, it is a powerful window into a lost diplomatic world and beleaguered Austria.

I'm massively proud of our Radley College debating team for winning The English-Speaking Union Schools Mace national grand championship two years in a row! It's been a fun, transformational journey building a culture of debating at Radley, and so fulfilling to see the boys achieve such heights.
