The MOU signed between #Ethiopia and #Somaliland has not been revoked. Those who believe Ethiopia has renounced the MOU through a subsequent act are mistaken. Ethiopia’s subsequent engagement with Sonalia was independent, business-as-usual diplomacy, not an act of withdrawal.
