Making a submission on local road safety infrastructure is one thing that road safety community groups put in the hours on.

That our road safety agency doesn’t loudly support the measures that make our roads safer is demoralising.

We hope that members of the Transport Committee will ask the RSA Ireland today to outline the *type of data* that is not being made available to councils and road safety auditors regarding collisions - locations? vehicle type? what data fields? Timmy Dooley Cathal Crowe T.D.

Isn’t it astonishing how EV sales have tanked, how the market for them has collapsed, how dealers won’t take them as trade-ins, nobody wants this dead-end technology, the mini-disc of transportation, the Edsel of motoring…oh wait…

Is it beneficial to claim that children under the age of 12!?! Can’t walk to school alone or that parents must hold their hands at all times?!?!

Brian Caulfield RSA Ireland The RSA have been attempting to normalise removing children from walking/cycling to school since it’s inception. It very quickly bedded in resulting in school drop off getting more & more dangerous due to no. of cars. I first challenged them on their guidance over a decade ago.
