Seeing a lot of disappointment posted abt americanair lately, so here's a positive. I fly AA exclusively, rarely have a hiccup w/ delays or cancelations, but today, sat on the runway for hour+, had to deplane, I would miss my connection. A+ service, flight rebooked. NBD. 🙏
