Proposal for NFL OT: Toss winner: choose to be Team A or B. A picks yard line and # of downs. B picks O or D. O wins with a TD within the number of downs. If they run out of downs, turnover, or fail to get a 1st down, they lose. Penalties don't use up downs (except loss of down.)
