If you had NIAA's budget, what would you spend $13.6 million dollars on? I'd give blak kids free uni, or fund community-led schools like the Bularri Muurlay Nyanggan Aboriginal Corporation Freedom School, or fund a consultative body in every state in territory, back @NIYECMob youth-led workshops, bring back MATSITI
