Living a thousand lives through books.

You can learn a lot about someone from the way they talk about books. The parts they remember, the characters they care about, the scenes that stay with them. Somehow, in speaking about a story, they end up telling you a little about themselves too.

Fiction fosters empathy and provides fabulous entertainment. You can travel to a thousand worlds and live a thousand lives and never leave your chair. I’m obsessed with fiction.
