Seeing some very high water levels on the #riverthurne at Potter Heigham at the moment, with the river overtopping the flood wall behind the house. The guests going in tomorrow have been advised to bring their tallest wellies...

Aurora viewing hotspot!

Some aurora pictures taken at Thurne View a couple of weeks ago. As a dark skies designated area, you have a good chance of seeing it if it’s active and the skies are clear!

I said “do you want some toast?” Indoors. With the door closed. And this instantly happened.

Given it was apparently November yesterday, this is an improvement.
