I can no longer recommend KAYAK for flight searches. I have tried 3x to book 5 tickets & get an error -- BECAUSE THE FLIGHT AT THAT PRICE NO LONGER EXISTS. Yet here we are 8+ hours later, and their site still advertises the lower FALSE price.

We keep getting errors at the time of booking with KAYAK & their response is "just go book directly with the airline." How does a company make money if they're just funneling potential customers elsewhere?

One charge managed to get through as pending, but we didn't receive any confirmation # from KAYAK. When reached on the phone, they said we will be refunded but that tickets don't exist at that price -- even though they're still advertising it.

Moral of the story, this long-time KAYAK user and purchaser is terribly disappointed & won't be booking with them ever again. Time to start looking elsewhere. #travel #airlines
