Because of systemic racism, #COVID19 has disproportionately impacted Black communities and other Communities of Color. The #HEROESAct included provisions that helped, but there are still significant gaps for survivors. In the next stimulus bill Senate Republicans & Senate Democrats should:

1. Address the needs of sexual assault survivors by funding providing $100 million for the Sexual Assault Services Program. 2. Dequire states to permit survivors to apply for unemployment insurance if they leave their jobs due to domestic or sexual violence, or stalking.
