The new intercom.com website is now live, and it's looking pretty fine.

Imagine if a conference talk, a podcast, and a video essay had a baby. And it was beautifully produced, had an important message, and Des Traynor was in it.

Building with AI has completely upended our traditional product design process at Intercom. I've been hoping for Molly Mahar to write this post for ages, and I'm glad she now has—it's as good a primer as any I've seen for Designers working with AI today.
