Hi Parcelforce Worldwide SMS says delivery attempted. I’ve been in all morning and this isn’t true. Website says they’ll be a card telling me where my parcel has gone. Not true. Website / phoneline offer no help. Would pay for alternative providers if given the option. Ideas?
