I apologize to Sarah Ballenger. I just missed her name on the Hall of Fame list. One of the greatest female throwers ever at County. #9 all time in the shot put in VA. LCHS school record holder in the discus and 2nd All Time in the shot put. Her discus is 14 feet in front.
