In an obvious contrarian hit-piece article osteonsibly to decrease utilization/cost, BMJ uses selective science to badmouth proven spine procedures &refer to the following as "experts" : non-medical personnel 6, Int Med 4, students 2, PT 1. No surgeons, 1 pain doc...no experts

Of course the American Hospital Association have friends in high places, they spend $30,000,000 a year on political affection. Yes, every year. That’s not lobbying. That’s a subscription. And what does $30 million buy you? A permanent ban on physician-owned hospitals. I mean, why have

This is obscene. Here’s a fun little factoid: Since the inception of Medicare (1960) - our healthcare spend has increased 17,900% But physician reimbursement - since 1960 - has DECREASED by 26% (inflation adjusted). Read that again. Yes, that’s correct. You read it right.

1/ Medicare RVU multiplier (the basis for all MD reimbursement) has decreased 11.5% since 2020 That's Congress's gift for doctors being frontline for Covid. Insurers meanwhile got a 5% bump for MA this year alone

Non-profit hospitals aren't holding up their end of the bargain. James Frank asks the critical question of the Texas Hospital Association: "What is it that y'all are doing that for-profit hospitals aren't doing, other than not paying a lot of taxes?"

Attn radiologists: if there is evidence of edema in the vertebra body, please don’t call these chronic. The T9 VCF (upper) is not chronic & has edema. Not all subacute fractures that are painful will have prominent edema either. Dictating it like this leads to Kyphoplasty denial

Attention radiologists: when you see edema associated with a facet joint in the cervical spine, especially when it has an effusion, it’s almost always painful. Don’t miss it & waste time in the report on routine degenerative changes without a focus on what is likely to be painful

Where art thou Christian Clark? Just total silence from the New Orleans media and the franchise, despite the lease expiring in less than four years and zero plans announced.

Michelangelo sculpted the iconic Pieta from a single slab of marble. When asked why he portrayed Mary as so young, he replied, “Women who are pure in soul and body never grow old.”

How is Medicare for All working in Canada, you ask? 🇨🇦: No surgeon available for your parathyroid surgery, but good news, you have been approved to be euthanized.

This is DNA Replication. It requires 9 specific molecular machines to function, plus the DNA itself. Lose any one, and the whole process fails. It's an irreducibly complex system - without which, Life is impossible. It's dumb to think this arose by accident.

The Bible In Context It’s important to remember we are bound to the sacrame, but God is not. This is not an excuse to mock or ignore the clear instructions Jesus gave.
