So exited to be starting final year of college! I will be undertaking a research project and am lucky enough to be able to work with my favourite local species, lesser spotted catsharks. Project will focus on microplastics in Galway Bay, using the catshark as an indicator species

9/9 Dogfish caught for my thesis project🦈

Had an amazing time on board the Celtic Voyager this weekend. Great to see how data is collected in the field. We collected water samples, sediment samples and did a short trawl for fauna Identification. #rvcelticvoyager

Incredible week sailing with the Celtic Mist. Lots of cetaceans photographed from minke to fin whales and some dolphins thrown in for good measure 🐬🐳
