Today one of our involved customers has been to visit a customer who has recently had a repair carried out on their home. A Journey Map was carried out with the customer to gather information for to provide assurance to the Board that we are compliant against the Home Standard

We've met virtually with some of our involved customers today to look at how we can gather evidence to give assurance to the Board that we are compliant with the Neighbourhood and Community Standard. The customers came up with some great ideas and will soon begin their checks

It's great to see the projects funded by the Thirteen Community Fund in action. Our involved customers were very keen to fund this project, it's fantastic to see the difference this is making to our communities.
