I befriended an elderly Vietnam vet who had cancer. FLDOC NEVER gave chemo. Didnt officially diagnose for 6 mo. Got a round of radiation at 8 mo. Only given ibuprofen & menthol rub for pain. Still refused this man parole. Died a few months later in pain & alone. Disgusting!!

I don't even expect calls to be free just affordable so families don't have to choose between food or receiving a call from a loved one! THAT should not be ok. Kids should not lose contact with a parent because families cannot afford exorbitant rates for calls, stamps, canteen...
