Did you know? 🤔 The name of the 'Needles' came from the two steep pinnacles of chalk (the largest one was called Lot's Wife, rising to 120 feet high!). The Needles experienced a spectacular collapse in 1764 and the rocks fell away into the sea 😱

The Wight Book was very fortunate to have been invited to have a stand at The Literary festival this year. Chris Scott presented a copy of the book to Dr Tristram Hunt, Author and Director of London’s V&A Museum. He said he would proudly display it at the Museum.

Not long till the IW Chamber Commerce awards where we find out if the thewightbook takes the marketing and PR gong home. This was a great award for Brightbulb last year. So pleased to have helped the wight book with their marketing as part of a great team. Fingers crossed :)
