Imagine if you could compare the price of concert tickets using different sources, and buy one from a handful of vendors, for a competitive price. Non transferable, fully refundable up to 24hrs. Kinda like the hotel industry. And now think of Ticketmaster. We can do better.

Why is it so hard to cancel a credit card? Almost every credit card company makes users jump through hoops to cancel. They make people call a toll free number, experience a maze of options, promotional traps, and cancelation time requirements. We need a better experience.

With Netflix implementing new controls to block password sharing, they should introduce new “family” plans, allowing families to add users, at a lower monthly rate (+$5/user). That way, they can retain the network already in place with shared password accounts.
