Unless a person is blinded by sentimentality or has no integrity (ie: bought off politicians), the situation at hand is quite clear. I pray people’s eyes are opened to the truth and realities at hand, before it’s too late.

I had a good and important conversation with Telos about Lebanon, Israel, and the Church. Give it a listen and share! podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the…

Nonstop bombing here in Beirut. This must be stopped. Is there truly zero accountability whatsoever for Israel?! It’s disgusting and outrageous.

Al Jazeera’s Investigative Unit exposes Israeli war crimes in the Gaza Strip through the medium of photos and videos posted online by Israeli soldiers themselves during the year long conflict. youtube.com/watch?v=kPE6vb…

How many bombs need to be dropped for someone to feel safe? How many civilians need to die for someone to feel safe? How much land needs to be destroyed for someone to feel safe? Oh, this has never been about safety and self-defense.

When a genocidal army is not stopped by those who can (its powerful allies, the US chiefly), it gets emboldened and continues killing/bombing, regardless of mounting civilian casualties. We saw this in Gaza (and West Bank) for one year. We are now witnessing it live in Lebanon.

What a ridiculous man! This is the face of the US government. How do the American people stand-by & watch their country suffer while billions of dollars are sent away? For how long will they allow their politicians (Rep & Dem) be more concerned w/another country than their own?

Have you heard anything more horrific? I can barely comprehend it. And yet, people still call them the “most moral army in the world.” This is g3n0cyde.

Planes overhead. Drones buzzing constantly. Sounds of missiles through the air. Near explosions. Distant explosions. This has been Beirut’s reality for the past two weeks in the day & through the night. This cannot go on. But will it? Lord, have mercy. Lord, judge the wicked.

Will be doing an IG live on October 7, 8-9p Beirut time. Talking current events, Zionism, the church, etc. I have the same handle on IG if you’d like to listen in.

10,000 UN troops on the Lebanon 🇱🇧 border, from 50 countries, led by Ireland 🇮🇪 under threat from Israel 🇮🇱 to leave their posts. They are refusing to go anywhere. Their role is one of peace and they are sticking to it. On the side of humanity.

I don’t know what language to speak or what words to use. How does one continue to describe a reality that is so clear to see? How much evidence needs to be presented for someone to pause for a moment and consider if they’ve missed something?

Lots of talk about human shields these days. It called to memory where I first ever heard about Pals using human shields (kids specifically)— During a sermon at church some 25yrs ago. Even when pastors go “chapter by chapter, verse by verse” they can lead their people astray.

If at church tomorrow your pastor prays for the “peace of Jerusalem” but says nothing of: - peace in the region - Arab/Persian churches and believers - faithfulness and perseverance of local churches - the spread of the gospel Encourage him to pray more broadly—and biblically.
