So disappointed w/our Movie Moans flight from LA 2 Manchester! 6kg for hand luggage? Ridiculous! After having 2 rearrange all our baggage w/a 15 month in tow, we lost our tablet w/our daughter’s shows 4 a 10 hr flight. Seats were so cramped, paid for our spirits on a long haul.

Came through customs LAX on Tuesday and I don’t understand why there was only 2 passport agents for a queue 30-40 deep? Completely unacceptable for a major US international airport..unacceptable!
