Happy Juneteenth! Celebrating freedom for all, for when slavery ended for African-Americans, it ended for all Americans. As long as African-Americans were enslaved, all Americans were captive to a system of bondage and oppression. No one is free, unless all are free!

DRNY's offices will be closed tomorrow to commemorate Juneteenth and the end of slavery by recognizing it as a paid holiday. We must stand together, help each other and most importantly take action. DRNY will continue its fight for equality, inclusion and justice.

Miners from South Wales march in the 1985 London Pride after the LGBT community provided massive amounts of support to the miners during the 1984 UK Miners Strike. Intersectional solidarity at its finest.

NPR and most US media say only Fed Reserve interest rate hikes can end inflation. False. Nixon did it with a price-wage freeze. FDR prevented it by his early 1940s rationing. Media, gov't serve the 1% at the expense of the 99%.
